Authority flows down only as far as it must; work happens in the circles. Accountability reports back up — quarterly to council, annually to every member.

Every registered alumnus, meeting annually — virtually, with electronic voting written into the constitution from day one.

Five office bearers elected by direct member vote, joined ex-officio by the seven circle leads — so every circle's voice sits at the table where decisions are made.

Tier 3 · Open membership

Seven self-directing groups, each with a lead and co-lead chosen by the circle itself. They set their own agenda and run their own budget line.

Tier 4 · Where alumni live

City and regional coordinators run local meetups and feed members into the circles above. Launching where the founding cohort has critical mass.

How decisions are made: by consent — a proposal proceeds unless a member raises a reasoned objection. Council minutes are published to all members. Leadership rotates: two-year terms, maximum two consecutive. The founding council serves a single bridge year until the membership base can hold a full election.
